Each branch has its own local team — not a franchise arrangement where someone just takes a commission. Our people are familiar with local traffic, building societies, entry restrictions and the quirks of each city's road network.

For a standard household shift, 5–7 days notice is usually enough. For office or corporate relocations, 2–3 weeks gives us time to plan properly. During peak months (March–May and October–November), earlier booking helps secure your preferred date.
We give fixed quotes based on the survey. The price you agree to before the move is what you pay — provided there are no significant changes to the item list or destination. We do not add surprise charges on delivery day.
Cars are always transported on a carrier — either open or enclosed. We never drive your car to the destination. This protects the vehicle from wear, fuel costs and odometer changes. You receive your car with the same reading it had when it left.
Yes, we handle inter-city moves across India. Moves that originate or terminate at one of our 14 branch locations are handled directly. For routes between other cities, we coordinate through our network. Contact us with your specific route and we'll confirm availability and timeline.
Fragile items like crockery, glassware and decoratives are wrapped in tissue paper, then bubble wrap, and packed in double-walled cartons. Electronics get anti-static wrapping and foam padding. TVs are packed in custom-sized cartons with corner guards. We use fresh packing materials, not second-hand cartons.
Yes. For corporate and office relocations, we provide a GST-compliant invoice along with a delivery receipt and an itemised inventory list. These can be raised in the company's name for reimbursement or accounting purposes.
